The Board of Directors of Help International Corporation Berhad is pleased to announce that they are recommending a final dividend of 6% less income tax of 27% (3 sen per ordinary share of 50 sen each less 27% taxation) in respect of the financial year ended 31 October 2007, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The Date of Entitlement and Date of Payment in respect of the aforesaid final dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
