The Board of Directors of HELP is pleased to announce that they are recommending a First and Final Dividend of 6% less income tax of 25% (3 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each less income tax at 25%) for the financial year ended 31 October 2009, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid First and Final Dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
