The Board of Directors of HELP wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking approval from its shareholders for the Proposal Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Mandate") at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company.

A circular setting out the details of the Proposed Mandate will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
