HELP International Corporation Berhad and its subsidiaries ("HELP Group") recorded an encouraging profit before taxation of RM5.4 million on the back of a revenue of RM18.6 million for the 3 months from 1 February to 30 April 2007 in its first announcement of its quarterly results since public listing.

For the 6 months from 1 November 2006 to 30 April 2007, the Group recorded a revenue of RM32.0 million. In line with the revenue recorded, the Group reported a profit before taxation of RM7.3 million.


HELP Group's healthy profits and cash flows since it was listed on 22 May 2007, reflect its dedication to its core business in providing quality education to the public.

Dr Paul Chan Tuck Hoong, President of HELP Group said: "We are well on track on our forecast as stated in the prospectus. In the next few years HELP will continue to diversify into new courses and venture into new international markets. We are very excited about our future as we have many projects and ideas in the pipeline to bring exciting and innovative courses accessible to the public."

HA is set up to complement HUC in selected areas of tertiary education particularly in 3-year programs with UK and Australian universities and 4-year programs with US universities among others. HEAT is mainly targeted to provide executive education and it focuses on Management of Fraud, Sales and Islamic Banking among others. ICSM provides security management training.
