We wish to inform that Dato' Dr. Zakaria Bin Ahmad, a Director of Help who is currently holding 10,077,114 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in the capital of Help intends to deal in the shares of Help during the closed period prior to the targeted date of announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad of the quarterly results for the third quarter ended 31 July 2007.
